CPI is a Ghanaian incorporated company, owned by its principal investor and principal operator; Kingsley Obeng.

CPI is a consulting and investments company. It is our vision of becoming the most renowned company providing high-level expertise in corporate and project finance consulting and expert investors in real estate, financial services and the construction industry. In terms of consultancy, we are initially focussing on the following:

• Mining, Quarrying and Construction;
• Hospitality, Agribusiness and Manufacturing; and
• Real Estate and Equipment finance consulting

As CPI grows we will take on more people to enhance investments and consulting work in related markets, such as the rest of Ghana, West Africa and other similar markets. We will also look for additional leverage by taking brokerage positions and representation positions to create percentage holdings in various interests.

And in limited product segments: consultancy, investment in affordable housing and leasing.
The target customer is usually a manager of a company, and occasionally an owner or president of a medium-sized corporation in a high-growth business area.
These are managing directors, general managers and sales managers, sometimes charged with international focus, business development and fund raising. They do not want to waste their time or risk their money looking for bargain information or questionable expertise. As they go into the finance houses looking for funds, they are very sensitive to risking their company's name and reputation. We offer the value they need.
